Valley Chill Call now

How Valley Chill works

Three steps. One trusted local pro. Same-day service when we can.

  1. 1

    You contact us.

Tap the call button to dial our Phoenix line, or fill the short form. The form takes about 30 seconds — phone, name, ZIP, and a quick description of what’s going wrong if you have time.

Behind the scenes: your message comes straight to our team. No call center. No automated handoff to a national company. The person who answers your call is the same team that decides which contractor fits your job.

  2. 2

    We hand-pick the right contractor.

We look at where you are in the Valley, what’s wrong with your AC, and which of our partner contractors is closest, available right now, and a strong fit for the kind of fix you need. Then we route your job to that one contractor — no one else.

Every partner contractor we send is verified for active Arizona HVAC licensing, current liability insurance, current workers’ comp insurance, and a positive review history. We do this verification before sending them work, not after.

You won’t get a flood of follow-up calls from a dozen companies. You won’t be asked to bid against yourself. One conversation, one contractor.

  3. 3

    They show up. Usually today.

Most calls placed before 2 PM get a technician dispatched the same afternoon. After-hours and emergency requests get routed to the partner contractor’s emergency line.

When the tech arrives, they’ll diagnose the issue and give you a complete quote before any work begins. No surprise bills, no high-pressure upsells, no add-ons you didn’t agree to.

You stay in control of the decision. If the quote isn’t right, you say no — no obligation.

What to have ready when you call

A few minutes of prep speeds the whole thing up — but if you don’t have any of this, call anyway.

  • Your home address or the closest cross streets
  • A rough description of the problem (“AC is blowing warm air,” “outdoor unit is making a clicking noise,” “thermostat is unresponsive”)
  • The age of your AC system if you know it (don’t worry if you don’t)
  • Whether you’ve had recent service done and by whom
  • Whether anyone in the home has health needs that make heat dangerous (we’ll prioritize)

Common questions about the process

What if no contractor is available right now?

We tell you the truth: same-day isn’t possible, here’s the soonest we can get someone there. We don’t promise what we can’t deliver.

Can I pick the contractor myself?

Right now, no. We hand-pick based on fit and availability. If you’ve worked with a Phoenix HVAC company you like, tell us — we may already partner with them or can route you appropriately.

What happens if the work goes wrong?

Every partner is licensed and insured. If something goes sideways, you have the same recourse you’d have with any direct hire. We also stay in the loop and follow up to make sure the job was done right.
